After an intense two year journey of study and reflection, I am proud to say that I have now graduated from INSEAD, EMC (Executive Master in Change). I would like to offer my particular thanks to the people who supported me in my thesis work, especially to those that allowed me to interview them.
It's with great pride, therefore, that I can tell you that I achieved a distinction for it. It's title is "How many lawyers does it take to change a law firm?" and it took a look at the underlying resistance to change within these organisations.
